Shipping Policy

At Vibhaa Designs, we take the same care in delivering your order as we do in crafting it. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. During festive seasons or sale periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Within India

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are:

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days.
• Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹2,999.
• A flat shipping fee applies on orders below this threshold.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details. You can track your order directly on the courier's website.

5. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and timelines vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note:

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import charges levied by the destination country.
• These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• Delivery timelines for international orders are 10–20 business days depending on location.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient being unavailable, the courier will make up to two additional attempts. If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Vibhaa Designs is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. If your shipment appears lost, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
