• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance of your order via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud or unavailability of stock.

5. Pre-Booked & Custom Orders

For customised or pre-booked garments, additional terms apply:

• A non-refundable advance payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Timelines provided for custom orders are estimates and may vary due to craft complexity.
• Once production has commenced, cancellations or alterations may not be possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, photography, and content published on this website are the exclusive property of Vibhaa Designs. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vibhaa Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
